About The Transforming Nigerian Youth


The Transforming Nigerian Youths initiative seeks to establish a network of young people and women who are active in the Micro, Small, and Medium-Sized Enterprises (MSMEs) sector in Nigeria.


The Young Africa Works-Mastercard Foundation and the Pan-Atlantic University's Enterprise Development Center are working together to bring this program to Nigeria.


Together with the Foundation, EDC is focusing on 40,000 MSMEs, particularly women-owned firms in Nigeria's agricultural and creative industries. All students will be able to participate in the lessons wherever they are thanks to EDC's online learning platform and IVR (Interactive Voice Response).


The program's primary goals


  • To fundamentally change the thinking of young people in Nigeria so that they are more business-minded and equipped to work for themselves or create new jobs.


  • To open up markets and offer assistance to current business owners, particularly those who are young.


  • Through EDC Beam, Nigerians can learn or receive information differently.

The program is for the youths (age 18-35 years) resident in any of the 36 States of Nigeria with a business or an idea. 


Note: In order to get your certificate and rewards, complete 10 compulsory courses and 8 elective courses within 2 weeks after registration.

For a total of N68 million (N68,000,000), 20 persons will receive cash and instruction to advance their hustles. On Wednesday, MTN Nigeria officially launched a new campaign dubbed MTN Pulse "Blow My Hustle" as part of its effort to empower young, entrepreneurial Nigerians.
